My name is Hunter Ryskoski, and I am an IT professional with experience supporting Microsoft 365, Intune/Entra, endpoint management, and enterprise Power BI usage. My work includes supporting cloud-based SaaS platforms, assisting users with reporting and data interpretation, and improving workflows related to user lifecycle management and endpoint deployment.
I’ve supported high-volume environments with thousands of users and assets, balancing hands-on technical support with documentation and process improvement. With a background in education, I bring strong communication and training skills and focus on providing positive and easy to understand results for users at all levels of technical skills.
I currently work as an IT Support Specialist, where my work includes endpoint and identity management, supporting Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, and building reports and dashboards using Power BI. I regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, support user lifecycle management, and maintain reliable and secure systems.
