I’m a Systems Administrator based in Wisconsin with experience supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and enterprise Power BI reporting environments. My background includes supporting large internal environments with thousands of users and devices, where reliability, documentation, and clear communication all play a critical role. Much of my work combines hands-on technical support with process improvement, helping teams better understand and manage the systems they rely on every day.
I believe effective IT support starts with clarity, accessibility, and trust. Technical concepts should be explained in ways that are approachable for users at all levels of technical experience, and operational knowledge should be documented clearly so systems can be understood, supported, and improved collaboratively. Internal IT works best when support teams and end users operate as partners, not separate groups.
My professional interests include endpoint management, operational analytics, and building reporting systems that give organizations clearer visibility into their technology environments. Through tools like Microsoft Intune, Power BI, and modern device management platforms, I focus on building systems that improve reliability, transparency, and efficiency across internal IT operations.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, watching movies, and playing basketball.
